St. Peter’s Church and Academy was built in 1858 in Brooklyn’s historic Cobble Hill and was converted into landmarked luxury condominiums in 2002. This specific building features 59 units with a live-in super, full time porter, and a common landscaped garden.

To comply with the NYC landmark requirements, and the luxury status of the units, the bathrooms were developed with an Inline exhaust system. Key features to note:

- it is located inside the attic back wall with a primary fan sized to provide the minimum code required
- built with a booster fan in each bathroom
- controlled by a delay switch
- limits the noise while being operated by high power motors
