For many years, the award-winning Chelsea XL Club was a prominent venue in NYC night life, considered the biggest, seven night a week gay club in the city.

We developed MEP systems including an On-Demand Ventilation System (DCV) to provide the proper volume exchange between fresh (outside air) into this enclosed space. Given that many of the patrons smoked cigarettes, it was important to ensure that the air flowed freely without becoming overpowered by the smoke that entered inside.

This two-level, modern designed bathroom was filmed in an episode of Sex in the City.
